Will house washing damage my paint?
Not with a soft wash. Low pressure and the right cleaning solutions take the dirt off without harming sound paintwork, and regular cleaning helps paint last longer.
What surfaces do you clean?
All exterior surfaces, including rendered walls, weatherboards, brick, Hardiplank, eaves, fascia, the outside of gutters, downpipes, window frames and outdoor fixtures.
How long does a house wash take?
A typical single-storey Brisbane home takes 2 to 3 hours. Two-storey homes and bigger properties take 3 to 5 hours. We'll give you a time estimate with your quote.
Should I wash my house before painting?
Yes. Paint sticks much better to a clean surface. We often work with painters who recommend us for the wash before they start.
Is house washing safe for my garden?
Yes. Our cleaning solutions are eco-friendly and we take care around garden beds. We can wet the plants down first and rinse them afterwards if needed.
Can you remove cobwebs from high areas?
Yes. We have the equipment to reach high eaves safely and clear cobwebs, wasp nests and other debris that builds up in those spots.
