We check your roof type, its condition and how much growth is on it, and note any existing damage.
Soft wash
We apply the cleaning solution carefully, then rinse the roof at low pressure.
Final check
We check the whole roof is clean, then clear the gutters of debris.

Is pressure washing safe for my roof?
High-pressure washing can damage roofs, so we soft wash instead. We use lower pressure and specialised cleaning solutions to remove the growth without damaging tiles or coatings.
How does moss damage my roof?
Moss and lichen hold moisture against the roof, which wears it down faster. They can lift tile edges and block water flow, and over time their roots can get into tiles and crack them.
Will roof cleaning extend my roof's life?
Yes. Regular cleaning removes the growth that damages a roof and lets problems be spotted early. A roof that's looked after can last a lot longer than one that's neglected.
Can you clean Colorbond roofs?
Yes. We use methods and solutions suited to Colorbond and metal roofing, which clean the roof without damaging the factory finish.
How often should I have my roof cleaned?
Every 2 to 3 years is typical for Brisbane homes. Roofs under heavy tree cover, or with shaded, south-facing sections, may need it more often.
Do you offer roof painting or restoration?
Cleaning is our focus. Clean roofs take paint much better, though, so we often work alongside roof restoration companies, who do the painting after we have cleaned.
